instructor (level 1 & 2)

Purpose of the training

Obtaining the SAI Swim / Stroke school instructor (level 2) certificate.

After obtaining this certificate, you can work as a swimming teacher giving lessons according to the Starfish Swimming curriculum.

Condition for participation

  • Have a swimming diploma
  • Be 16 years or older.

Duration of the course

  • 3 x 2 days of practice & internship
  • E-learning
  • Internship assignments
  • Theory exam.
  • Practical exam.

Membership

To be able to teach swimming lessons according to the Starfish Swimming curriculum

you must have an active SAI-Europe membership.


For this you must take the annual renewal course € 149,-

Certification

The training is recognized by Starfish Aquatics Institute & IFSTA

Water Safety Educator/Swim Instructor Certificate - Level I & II

Location

The practical part is given in Waalre (The Netherlands).

On-site training is possible upon consultation.

Costs of the training

The cost of the SAI Swim / Stroke school instructor course (level 2) is € 1,495 (excl. 9% VAT) per person.

Including hotel overnight stay, (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner).
