The Swing Trainer is suitable for all fitness levels and can be adapted to suit any individual’s training goal by following these 2 simple steps:
Adjust your Grip: We recommend positioning your hands in the middle of the bar for most exercises and as you want more of a challenge you can move them further up the bar.
Change the level of Resistance: The Swing Trainer comes with 3 different fin sizes to choose from. You can easily swap these out at anytime to increase or decrease the level of difficulty of any given exercise depending on your fitness level.
